We Offer Free Shipping On All Orders.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum required.

Please allow 1-2 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and sale days) to process your order. Shipment will be divided in different packages, 2-3 items per package if the order is larger than 4-5 items.

APO/FPO and PO Boxes

We apologize that we currently do not ship to APO/FPO or PO Boxes.


Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Return Policy

Returns must be sent (or postmarked) within 15 days of  receiving the shipment Please return the items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, and/or unaltered) with any tags, including hangtags attached. Please carefully review our Non-refundable Items policy below to make sure your item is eligible for a refund.

If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise (style, size, color) you must contact Customer Care within 5 days of receipt and provide a photo of the defect. Simple reasons like the dress does not fit may not be accepted as the size charts are provided with every item.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund and will be denied:

    • Earrings, Hair accessories, Body suits, Lingerie, and Swimsuits
    • Any returns received after 15 days 
    • All discounted and/or sale items
    • Damaged, washed, worn, or altered items including items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or any other stains
    • Shoes 

We reserve the right to determine eligibility for refunds, and to update this Policy at any time without notice.

Return Instructions

Your return must be sent (or postmarked) within within 15 days of receiving order to be eligible for refund. To return your product, you should email us at and we will send you detailed instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return package, please allow 14 business days for your return to be processed.  You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed and credited.  Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.  Depending on your banking institution, it may take a few days to reach the funds to your credit card account.  Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
